Tour Details

Explore Minoyan’s coffee farms guided by the Slow Food Coffee Coalition. Start with locally grown coffee and suman, then trek to the Cañete Family’s farm to learn about sustainable coffee farming and harvest techniques. Enjoy a traditional farmer’s lunch and, in the afternoon, participate in a coffee cupping session at Coffee Culture, savoring the rich flavors of local beans. This experience connects sustainable farming, local culture, and the community.

Departure & Return Location

Any hotel within Bacolod City. Airport pickup will have an additional fee of ₱500.

Brief History of the place, Story of Slow Food coffee Coalition, effects of Climate change and some coffee history; Experience one or two activities in coffee farming to processing like harvesting, fermenting, or dehulling. Try harvesting vinegar from surrounding coconut trees in the area
